Got our rental today from Avis. Gave me free upgrade to bigger car which doesn't real come in handy in tiny medieval/roman towns. But no biggie. Today we went to Les Baux, an old hilltop castle/fortress. It's mostly ruins but you can climb to the top and see for miles in all directions. It's part of a national park and surrounded by mountains, and valleys of olives groves. The top of the cliff where the castle is is probably the windiest place I've been!
These are from day 2 in Arles. Time for fun again!! After losing camera we decided to get a real nice dinner at Au Brin de Thym. We had mini clams with garlics/butter/herbs, squid provencal with potatos and some creamy dessert stuff and of couse some cote-de-Rhone wine. Reeeally good!!
This one is for my mom!! Xoxo
